Returns and Exchanges
To return an order
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to SilkofComo a reference to VAT number and SDI Code, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with:
Mail subject: Return and Order number
Text: Enter product name / code
refund method: Iban bank + account holder or paypal email.
– In order for the return to be accepted:
a) The maximum time required for the return request is 14 days from receipt of the order.
b) the returned item must be perfectly intact and as per the first shipment.
(in case of damage to the packaging by the courier, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with attached photo by email email@example.com)
c) Each returned product must not show signs of wear, damage or any unsuitable condition.
– If the Return is Confirmed by SilkofComo via email:
a) Send your product to our address “SilkofComo, Via Monte San Primo 5, Lomazzo 22074 (CO)”
b) The Parcel that arrives in our warehouses is subjected to an integrity assessment and then a refund is issued only for the products received according to the method previously requested by email.
NB: All shipping costs incurred are fully charged to the customer
Following the integrity assessment, in the positive case, the requested refund will be made only for the product purchased within 14 working days according to the method previously requested in the email.
a) We do not accept returns of items returned after the above time period.
(If the requested return is sent independently without Confirmation by SilkofComo and beyond the time of the terms indicated above, we may have to return it to the sender and ask to cover the shipping costs).
Remember that the return remains your responsibility until it is received in our warehouses, so make sure to always request the receipt of the shipment of your returns from the courier you rely on.
(a fast, reliable and cheap ordinary parcel with Poste Italiane is recommended)
– SilkofComo reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns if the integrity assessment is negative or the product does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy
The contract stipulated between SilkofComo and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if partial, of the order by SilkofComo, which reserves the right to accept the order.
There may be delays of a few minutes in the product quantity database, therefore we cannot guarantee the assignment of the products ordered at the time of purchase.
– The image of the products offered on the site and on the description sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in color, size or similar characteristics.

All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product.
The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The quantities of products available at the time of the order may be subject to variations by even a few minutes due to database delays, therefore the assignment of the products ordered is not guaranteed.
These pre-contractual conditions are understood to be accepted by the customer at the time of the conclusion of the order, therefore SilkofComo is not responsible for failure to read the conditions listed below.
To change one or more products
The Exchange option is not available, therefore you must make a Return and then a new order.
